Swarnima Deshpande Aswinkumar is a Program Manager at PEPS, overseeing various parenting groups and engagement activities. Swarnima also serves as the Co-President at the Tesla STEM High School PTSA and worked with the Lake Washington PTSA Council. In their previous roles, Swarnima has worked as a Post Doctoral Researcher at the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry and held various research positions focused on materials science and engineering.
