Arman Kianpour is a seasoned professional in asset management and reliability engineering with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Reliability Asset Manager at Programmed since February 2023, responsibilities include developing and enhancing a PFM ISO 55001-certified Asset Management System and establishing a cross-functional Asset Management Community of Practice in ANZ. Previously at Ventia, Kianpour held multiple asset management positions, focusing on the Sydney Harbour Tunnel and other infrastructure, where key achievements included developing strategic asset management plans, optimizing maintenance strategies, and managing data migration to advanced Asset Information Management Systems. Prior experience includes roles at Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation and China National Petroleum Corporation, emphasizing maintenance strategy development, implementation of predictive maintenance systems, and oversight of comprehensive maintenance plans.
