Siddhesh Joglekar

Siddhesh Joglekar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Siddhesh is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Programming Hub, a leading provider of edtech and healthtech solutions for college and graduate students. Siddhesh has been associated with the company since May 2023.

Prior to joining Programming Hub, Siddhesh worked as a Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from July 2017. Siddhesh taught a 20-session course on Digital and Social Media Marketing for the main two-year program, as well as other courses in the Marketing and IT domains.

Before their teaching role, Siddhesh worked at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt Ltd), starting in October 2015. Siddhesh held various positions within the company, including Vice President Marketing, Associate VP Marketing, and Associate VP Digital and Product. Their responsibilities encompassed strategic marketing initiatives, omnichannel product marketing, branding, corporate alliances, and creating partnerships with media networks and digital leaders. Siddhesh's tenure at BYJU'S ended in April 2023.

From April 2015 to October 2015, Siddhesh worked as an Associate Director - Product Management at People Interactive (Shaadi.com). Siddhesh led a team of four product managers and focused on mobile and web monetization, sales CRM optimization, and enhancing the paid user experience.

Siddhesh was also a Principal Cofounder at Estatelister.com from May 2011 to July 2012. Siddhesh took the startup to around 60k users per month and later transitioned to a marketing services model where they handled both product and sales functions.

Before that, Siddhesh worked at Rediff.com as a Product Manager from April 2009 to April 2011. Siddhesh was responsible for Rediff Blogs and Rediff MyPage, which were blogging and social networking platforms respectively.

Lastly, Siddhesh started their career as a Summer Associate at Hay Group in April 2008, where they worked until June 2008.

Siddhesh Joglekar's education history begins in 2001 when they attended DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, where they studied science and completed their Junior College education. After that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) where they received their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a focus in IT. Following their undergraduate studies, Siddhesh pursued further education at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2007 to 2009 and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the fields of Strategy, Marketing, and Systems. In addition to their formal education, in May 2013 Siddhesh received a certification in Gamification from Coursera Verified Certificates.
