Rachel Nyswander Thomas

Rachel Nyswander Thomas serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TAG (Trustworthy Accountability Group) since October 2015, leading initiatives to combat fraud and enhance trust in the digital advertising industry. In addition, Rachel holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations & Public Policy at the Brand Safety Institute, where efforts focus on professionalizing brand protection through research and education. As an Executive in Residence at Progress Partners, Rachel contributes expertise in mergers and acquisitions, and is a member of Chief, a network for senior women executives. Previously, Rachel held significant roles at the Association of National Advertisers, including Executive Director of the Data-Driven Marketing Institute and Vice President of Government Affairs. Rachel's earlier experience includes regulatory compliance and talent development at The McGraw Hill Companies, as well as directing programs at the Yale Women Faculty Forum. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Yale University and a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University.
