John Lullo

John Lullo is an experienced leader in operations and manufacturing within the locomotive industry, currently serving as the Director and Muncie Locomotive Plant Manager at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company since March 2021. Previously, John held several key positions at EMD (Electro-Motive Diesel) from May 2013 to March 2021, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing production teams, developing production tracking reports, managing budgets, and ensuring product quality. John's early career included roles as a UIC Resident Assistant and internships at Ford Motor Company and Navistar Inc, where technical skills in engineering were developed. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, earned in 2013.
