Hila Roberts

Hila Roberts has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Hila is currently working as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Progress Residential® since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Home Depot for several years, holding positions such as GM, Retail Media+ Partnership Management, GM - Commerce Marketing and Growth, GM, Merchant and Category Leader, Associate Merchant, Director Merchandise Planning, and Merchandising Finance Manager. Hila also had a role as an MBA Project Intern at Fisher Scientific International, where they advised senior management on process redesign. Hila started their career at The Boeing Company as a Financial Analyst and was also selected for the Business Career Foundation Program, where they rotated through various finance areas and units.

Hila Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
