Tia Cotton's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Tia started their career in 2005 as a Senior Accounting Clerk at Management & Training Corporation. In 2011, they worked as a Leasing Consultant at Executive Property Management - Copperas Cove. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Resident Services Coordinator at WinnCompanies. Tia then worked as an Assistant Community Manager from 2016 to 2018, and later became a Community Manager from 2018 to 2022, all at WinnCompanies. Currently, they are the Portfolio Operations Director at Progress Residential® starting in 2022.
Tia Cotton, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resource Management from Ashford University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University, graduating in 2011. Tia also holds an Associate of Science - AS degree from Barton County Community College, which they earned from 2003 to 2005.
