Stephen Green

Stephen Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk and compliance management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Risk & Compliance at Progressive Building Society since October 2021, Stephen previously held the position of Head of Compliance at Northern Provident Group, overseeing the management of the 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence. Stephen's expertise spans FCA regulations, Data Protection, and Financial Crime, demonstrated during roles at APERTURE DEBT SOLUTIONS LLP and Sprout, where Stephen was integral in compliance and corporate governance.
