Andrew Paradise

Andrew Paradise is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in statistical analysis and data management across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Data Analyst at Progressive Insurance since June 2025, Andrew previously held a position as Statistician at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from October 2020 to June 2025. Prior roles include Data Analytics Manager at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities, where Andrew constructed a proprietary data warehouse and developed insights for executive briefings. With a background as Senior Research Specialist at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, Andrew managed large-scale survey research programs and authored numerous reports. Other significant roles include Research Manager at the Association for Talent Development and Sr. Research Analyst at the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association. Andrew holds a PhD in Social Psychology from The University of Georgia and a BA in Psychology from William & Mary.
