Brett Young

Brett Young has over 20 years of experience in IT management and architecture, currently serving as an Enterprise Architect Senior Consultant at Progressive Insurance since May 2005. Key accomplishments include establishing a standard for classifying and forecasting infrastructure upgrades, contributing to strategic planning, and defining architecture for Unified Communications and Collaboration. Prior to this role, Brett served in various capacities at KeyBank, including IT Manager, where significant reductions in costs and support calls were achieved. Brett holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Communication from the University of Utah, with expertise in technology architecture, Unified Communication and Collaboration, and strategic IT consulting.
