Leon Kambani

Leon Kambani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in managing diverse organizational functions, currently serving as Managing Director at Progressive Insurance since September 2005. In this role, Leon oversees applications management, print manufacturing operations, and creative services, ensuring optimal performance for various business applications and vendor products. Leon also holds responsibility for I/O products and environments, maintaining operational efficiency for a Fortune 100 company. As the IT Chair for the Council for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Leon spearheads initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment within the IT organization. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Operations Manager at Progressive Insurance, as well as Information Technology System Consultant at Telsource Corporation and Brand Operations Manager at Nando's Group Limited. Leon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University, and various other management qualifications.
