Michelle Berry possesses extensive experience in marketing and communication, currently serving as the Manager of Agency Marketing at Progressive Insurance since March 2012. In this role, Michelle leads a team focused on B2B identity and marketing assets for agents, working closely with internal and external partners to enhance agents' visibility and business growth. Previously, Michelle held positions at Progressive Insurance as the Manager of Agency Content, overseeing agent communication and marketing tools. Prior to joining Progressive, Michelle worked at Great Lakes Publishing as Publisher of Custom Media and at Ohio Magazine in the dual role of Director of Marketing and Publisher of Custom Media. Michelle began her career at Doner Advertising as an Account Director. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University.
