Rick Smith

Rick Smith is a Digital Director at Progressive Insurance, where they manage the roadmap for the servicing website and mobile app. With two decades of experience in digital project development, Rick has a strong background in web development, interactive design, and user experience research. Prior to this role, they held various titles, including Digital Experience Manager and Web Developer at Progressive, and Project Manager at Electronic Data Systems and TeleTech.
