Natalie McDurmon has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Natalie started their career at the Law Offices of Olsen, White & Hambidge, LLC as a Case Manager from September 1996 until June 2001. Natalie then joined ProgressiveHealth as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2001 to September 2004. Natalie returned to ProgressiveHealth in January 2007 as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, a role they held until January 2012. From there, they progressed to become a Contract Performance Manager, responsible for ensuring contract requirements were met and exceeded, providing leadership, conducting onsite visits, and analyzing data among other tasks. In November 2016, they advanced to the position of Contract Performance Director, managing client communications and program deliverables. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President and National Contract Performance Director, overseeing contract performance on a national level.
Natalie McDurmon completed their education at the University of Southern Indiana. In 1997, they began pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Health Services with a minor in Business Administration, which they successfully completed in 2001. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Certified Professional in Human Resources. In 2012, Natalie took part in the Health Promotion & Worksite Wellness Certificate Program at the University of Southern Indiana.
