Katherine Parker

Katherine Parker is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the retail and leasing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Progressive Leasing since June 2017, Parker has received several accolades, including the 2024 Prog Leadership Values Award and the 2023 President’s Club recognition. Prior roles at Progressive Leasing include Director of Field Sales and Senior Manager of Sales, with notable achievements such as the 2021 Prog Achiever’s Club and the 2020 Gold Medal: Culture Champion. Previously, Parker held the position of Field Sales Manager at Tempur Sealy International, earning multiple awards, including the 2016 Team of the Year. Parker's career also includes management positions at Bank of America and Mattress Firm, as well as entrepreneurial experience as a business owner at Divas Entertainment Inc. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
