Crystal Nawa

Crystal Nawa is currently working at Progrexion as the L&D Instructional Design & Communications Manager since January 2022. Crystal previously held a position as a Team Lead at CreditRepair.com. Crystal obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina Community College between 2008 and 2011. In their current role, Crystal is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing internal communications and content design for over 2,000 employees and global partners, including email communications, event flyers, blogs, training materials, eLearning modules, and webinars.
