Caitlin Ringwood's work experience begins in 2007 at MEC, where they worked as a Negotiator until 2009. Caitlin then joined MediaVest as an Activation Associate from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Manager of Network Development at BrightRoll, and in 2012, they joined Optimatic Media, Inc. as a Director of Publisher Management & Sales. Caitlin remained at Optimatic Media, Inc. and was promoted to Senior Director of Publisher Management & Sales from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Optimatic Media, Inc. In 2018, Caitlin founded DFH Murphy LLC and worked as the Founder and President. In this role, they assisted publishers and technology platforms with revenue growth strategies. In 2019, they also joined Prohaska Consulting as a Senior Sales Strategist for Publisher Development, Tech Development, and Corporate Development.

Caitlin Ringwood graduated from the University of Delaware in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics and Marketing.
