Prohoc
Nita Päivärinta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nita started their career at Wärtsilä as a Trainee in Project Documentation in March 2015 and worked there until August 2015. Later, they joined Prohoc, where they held various positions. From September 2015 to March 2020, they worked as a Documentation Coordinator. In March 2020, they transitioned to become an Operations Manager in Information Services until September 2020. Following that, they became an Operations Manager for Prohoc Projects Oy from September 2020 to November 2021. Since June 2021, they have been serving as a Service Owner of PMC Tools & Insight, leading a team of over 20 consultants. As the Service Owner, their responsibilities include employee well-being, service profitability, sales efforts, and collaboration with customers. In April 2023, they took on an additional role as the Quality & Sustainability Lead at Prohoc.
Nita Päivärinta has a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Vaasa, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Vaasa University of Applied Sciences in the years 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they briefly attended Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa. Nita also participated in the VERN Summer School in Croatia in 2012.
Additionally, Nita has obtained additional certifications including the ®EMV Esimiesvalmennus from Talément Oy Ltd in November 2022, the ®OMJ Onnistun Muutosten Johtamisessa from Talément Oy Ltd in January 2022, and the Digital Transformation certification from LinkedIn in April 2020.
