Nikolett Czakó

Nikolett Czakó is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and project management. Currently, as a Recruitment Partner and HR Project Manager at Prohuman since July 2016, Nikolett has independently led a significant project involving around 130 individuals, overseeing recruitment, employee enrollment, and payroll preparation. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at CabTec Group, focusing on recruitment processes and training organization, and a volunteer HR Intern at MediaGo Foundation, where administrative support and coordination of recruitment were key tasks. Nikolett's career began with roles such as a Theatre Ticket Sales Representative at ExperiDance Production and a Grundtvig Assistant, building a foundation in administrative support and event organization. Academically, Nikolett holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Counselling from the University of Pécs and a Bachelor's Degree in Andragogy from the University of Szeged.
