Molly Sargent

Molly Sargent has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1985, they worked as a Sales Rep and Sales Trainer at Consultative Resources Corporation. Molly then joined DDI | Development Dimensions International in 1990 as a Sales Rep, Learning Design & Delivery Consultant, and Certified Job Analysis Practitioner. Molly started their own business, SkillSpring, in 1997, where they served as Founder & CEO until 2009. During that time, they also held various roles as a Master-Master Sales Coach & Trainer for Richardson and Omega Performance. Molly has expertise in meeting facilitation, creative problem-solving, and consultative selling skills. Molly later founded ProImpress in 2009, where they currently serve as the Founder & CEO, Coach, and Speaker for the Mastering Authentic Influence™ MasterClass Series. Their MasterClasses focus on developing skills in selling, presenting, facilitating meetings, writing, coaching, and peer-to-peer problem-solving. Additionally, Molly has worked with clients in high net worth advisory and wealth management, insurance/reinsurance, community banking/business banking, professional services (tax, audit, consulting, legal), pharmaceuticals, media, hospitality, and women's initiatives.

Molly Sargent earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Summa Cum Laude in Linguistics, French, and Adult Education from Penn State University from 1979 to 1983. Later, they obtained a Leadership & Transformation (LAT) Professional Coaching Certificate in Movement and Mind-Body Therapies and Education from the Hendricks Institute between 2009 and 2013. In 2008, they also obtained a Certificate in Professional Image Consulting for TV and Media from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Molly Sargent has obtained multiple Master-Master Coaching & Learning Certifications in various fields such as Sales, Presentations, Coaching, Creative Problem-Solving, Meeting Facilitation, and Mindfulness from 1990 to 2019. Molly is also certified as a Woman Owned Business through WBENC.
