Michele Kentfield (Mic)

Michele "Mic" Kentfield has extensive experience in behavior intervention and mentorship services, currently serving as a Program Services Associate at TeamMates Mentoring Program since February 2022, where responsibilities include screening mentor applications and providing support to program coordinators. Previous roles include Site Based Behavior Interventionist at South Hutchinson Elementary School and Behavior Interventionist at Reno Co. Education Cooperative, focusing on behavior management for students with social-emotional difficulties. Additionally, Michele worked as a Children's Case Manager at Horizons Mental Health Center, enhancing family support for children with serious emotional disorders, and as a Foster Care Worker at United Methodist Youthville, overseeing foster home operations.
