Cynthia "Cindy" Brown is a skilled professional with extensive experience in client relations and program management, currently serving as a Youth and College Programs Contract Facilitator and Client Services Representative at Project Adventure, Inc. Since 2009, Cynthia has also been a lacrosse and field hockey official. Previous roles include Health Technician and Testing Coordinator at Chelsea Public Schools, where effective health screening operations were managed, and Leadership Director/Challenge Course Manager at Camp Harbor View, facilitating team building and challenge courses. With significant expertise in outdoor education and challenge course management, Cynthia has held multiple positions across various organizations, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met while enhancing participant experiences through innovative programming. Cynthia holds certifications from American Mountain Guides Association and Experiential Systems, along with a BS in Health & Physical Education from Bridgewater State University and ongoing education at Cornell University.

We offer a safe environment and excellent instructors to encourage this growth. Our experience-based programs and workshops are designed to meet the needs of a variety of age groups and organizations. Our experiential learning approach works due to the engaging and captivating nature of the activities, and because of the personal power that it promotes in individuals. When someone believes they can achieve, that belief plays a significant role in their success. The mission of Project Adventure is to provide leadership in the expansion of adventure-based programming.
