Jessie Schiavone

SVP, Sales & Operations at Project Canary

Jessie Schiavone is currently the Head of Utilities at Project Canary. Prior to this, they served as SunStyle CEO, North America from November 2020 to December 2021. Jessie was hired to bring a patented Swiss solar roofing product to the US and build out the team, systems and processes to start up and scale a fully remote US business. Jessie supported a $25M friends and family raise, established the company's first channel partnerships, negotiated the first international license deal, and built a highly skilled, highly motivated team to drive SunStyle to US product certification and launch.

From January 2019 to December 2020, Jessie served as VP of New Markets at Sparkfund where they were responsible for evolving and executing on the go-to-market strategies and partnership structures for energy infrastructure as-a-service in new markets.

Jessie has also served as Director Client Success at Opower from November 2014 to December 2018 and Director Energy Solutions at Energetics Incorporated from April 2013 to October 2014.

Jessie began their career in the energy sector as Manager, Smart Grid Operations at Baltimore Gas & Electric from November 2009 to April 2013.

Jessie Schiavone received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Jessie then completed a Certificate Program in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jessie then went on to earn an MBA in Business - IT Strategy from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Jessie is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Their manager is Chris Romer, CEO, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Ray Mistry - CTO, Adam Smoot - VP, Customer Success, and Miles Tolbert - General Counsel.
