Masoud Sharifi

VP. Technology at Project Canary

Masoud Sharifi is the VP of Technology at Project Canary. Masoud has over twenty years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.

Sharifi started their career as a teaching assistant and lab technician at the University of Colorado at Denver. Masoud then went on to co-found DataQorp, where they served as the software development director and architect. In 2005, they joined ConvergeOne as a lead software engineer.

In 2017, Sharifi left ConvergeOne to join TSYS as a lead software engineer. Masoud then moved to Charles Schwab in October of that year, where they served as an engineering lead and architect. In May 2021, they joined Schwab Charitable as the director of software and systems engineering.

Masoud Sharifi earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.

Their manager is Chris Romer, CEO, Co-Founder. Masoud Sharifi works with Penfield Tate III - Chief Environmental Justice Officer, Miles Tolbert - General Counsel, and Tim Romer - CFO & Head of Strategy.
