Pe - Retired Paul Broussard

Paul Broussard, PE, is a retired civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and engineering management. Broussard enjoyed a long career, serving as a Project Manager at Project Consulting Services since April 2002 and previously as an Engineering Manager in the Offshore Division at Texaco from April 1974 to April 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, obtained between 1972 and 1975, and attendance at the United States Naval Academy for Oceanography studies from 1970 to 1972. Paul Broussard officially retired on March 31, 2017, and has embraced retirement.
