Dolapo Agbede Fimc

Dolapo Agbede, FIMC, ACIPM, LDS, serves as the Disability Inclusion Advisor at Jonapwd, focusing on mainstreaming productivity opportunities for 10 million talents with disabilities. As the Founder and CEO of Will Way Paradigm, Dolapo leads consulting efforts in developing data-centric, sustainable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) solutions for diverse workforces. Additionally, Dolapo holds key positions as a volunteer DEI consultant with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, a Board Member at ActionAid Nigeria and Lagos State Sports Commission, and plays advisory roles with Project Enable Africa and the African Transformation Network. With experience as a Diversity & Inclusion Partner at Alan&Grant and a mentor for Sightsavers' Work Readiness Programme for talents with disabilities, Dolapo is committed to promoting inclusivity and equity. Educational achievements include a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School and a Master’s in International Law & Diplomacy.
