Alex Porter

Alex Porter has extensive experience in project management and supply chain management within the construction and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Controls at Project Farma since August 2025, Alex previously held the role of Procurement Automation Manager at Bechtel Corporation from July 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included managing supply chain data flows and stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include Managing Owner at PORTER HOLDINGS LIMITED, where Alex successfully led a brewery start-up project, and Project Materials Manager at CB&I, overseeing supply chain functions for major industrial projects. Alex holds an M.B.A. from Rice Business and a B.S. in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
