Anthony Barracca

Anthony Barracca is an experienced professional in project controls with over two decades of expertise in managing and supervising capital projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Controls at Puget Sound Energy since August 2010, Anthony oversees the Capital Projects Project Controls department, focusing on cost management, schedule management, and document control. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Project Controls Supervisor at Puget Sound Energy and held positions as a Senior Project Controls Engineer at SNC Lavalin Group and Senior Estimator at multiple construction firms, where responsibilities included developing budgets, reallocating funds, and executing complex project estimates. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and has further education from Clarkson University.
