Vatsal Patel

Vatsal Patel is a Senior Project Engineer at Project Farma since May 2023 and has been a Supervisor at the University of Pittsburgh Evaluation Institute since June 2019, where responsibilities include training new employees, managing a team of sixty, and analyzing data with R and SQL Lite for improved data collection processes. Additional experience includes tutoring students in various scientific subjects at Varsity Tutors and co-founding unIVersal, which developed a product to assist nurses with patient management. Vatsal has a solid research background, having worked on various projects at the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC Children’s Hospital, focusing on topics such as data collection for health programs and the effects of proteins on cell behavior. Vatsal Patel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh in April 2020.
