Lynn Castrianno

Lynn Castrianno has extensive experience in the field of child welfare and quality improvement. In their current role as Senior Director of Quality Improvement, Lynn leads a team in various areas such as database management, data reporting, and project management. Lynn has a strong passion for the organizational mission and has served as a role model in their previous roles at PromiseShip and KVC Behavioral Healthcare. Lynn's background includes positions such as President of Castrianno & Associates Consulting and Benchmark TFC Project Manager at Foster Family-based Treatment Association. Lynn holds a PhD in Community Psychology & Legal Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as well as other relevant degrees.
