Ohad Hallak

Ohad Hallak has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. Ohad is currently the Co-Founder and CFO/COO at Helios since September 2022. Prior to this, Ohad worked as the Head of BI at Hibob, where they managed the BI team and implemented BI solutions throughout the organization. Before that, they were a Senior Data Analyst and BI Team Lead at Spotinst, where they established BI infrastructure and reviewed various business units. Ohad also worked as a Data Analyst at CG Solutions, where they built reports, dashboards, and models to analyze operational data. Additionally, they gained experience as a Data Analyst at Altris Ltd., where they conducted data analysis and forecasting for financial assets. Ohad began their career as an Analyst in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and later worked as an Analyst at the Israel Ministry of Defense, focusing on data analysis and research.

Ohad Hallak's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled in Tel Aviv University for their Bachelor's Degree in Economics, with a specialization in accounting. Ohad attended the university until 2009, completing their undergraduate studies.

Afterwards, in 2011, Ohad pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Tel Aviv University, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Ohad successfully completed the program in 2012.

In 2013, Ohad pursued further education in the field of Financial Risk Management. Ohad enrolled in the Global Association of Risk Professionals and obtained a Certificate in FRM (Financial Risk Manager) the following year in 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Ohad obtained several in 2015. Ohad received the CRA (Credit Risk Actuary), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), MRA (Market Risk Actuary), and QFV (Quantitative Finance Valuator) certifications from various institutions such as the Israel Association of Valuators and Financial Actuaries (IAVFA) and the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
