Giovanna Isaacks is a Human Resources Practitioner at Kharas Regional Council since March 2024 and previously served as a Human Resources Assistant at Project HOPE. Giovanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from NUST Namibia, where studies were completed from January 2017 to November 2020.
