Mandy Luety

Mandy Luety joined Project HOPE’s Human Resources Department in 2006 and now leads as Sr. Director of Human Resources and Administration. With extensive experience in both U.S. and international employment, she has in-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, policies, Human Resource Information Systems, performance management, employee relations, training and employee development. She collaborates with staff around the globe and works to ensure the fair and equal treatment of employees. Mandy has been a driving force in achieving organizational goals in collaboration with senior management and is a trusted resource and advisor to colleagues at all levels. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from George Mason University.
