Lexie Giallanza

Lexie Giallanza is an experienced professional in behavioral health and care coordination, currently serving as a Senior HARP Care Coordinator at Project Hospitality since May 2019. In this role, Lexie manages care for adults with significant behavioral health needs, facilitating the integration of physical health, mental health, and substance use services.
