Ashley Plumb

Ashley Plumb is an experienced Client Care Specialist at Project Independence since January 2019, focusing on empowering clients to live independently by managing various support tasks such as grocery shopping, laundry, and meal preparation. Prior roles include Supervisor at MCCS and Appointment Coordinator at Audi Mission Viejo, where responsibilities involved handling customer communications and managing calls. Ashley Plumb is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at UMass Global, following a Bachelor’s degree and two Associate’s degrees in Psychology from Brandman University and Coastline College, respectively, and holds a high school diploma from Loara High School.
