Trent McFadyen

Trent McFadyen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, legislative affairs, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Project InnerSpace since March 2023, Trent previously held roles at the United States Senate, including Legislative Aide and Legislative Correspondent from December 2018 to March 2023. As Chief Operating Officer at SwimKids Utah from October 2016 to December 2018, Trent led operational improvements and team management. Early in the career, Trent functioned as a Product Manager at Qzzr, managing product launches, and as an Investment Analyst at Peak Venture Capital, contributing to investment recommendations. Additional experience includes a Sales Analyst position at AccuQuest Hearing Centers and a Research Assistant role at Brigham Young University, supporting academic research published in a prestigious journal. Trent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Brigham Young University.
