Glade Montgomery, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Glade started as a Teacher, Coach, and Administrator at Lafayette School Corporation in 1984 and continued in that role until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Superintendent at LaPorte Community School Corporation. Subsequently, they transitioned to Project Lead The Way, where they held various roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Chief of Staff, focusing on partnerships, engagement, and overall leadership within the organization.
Dr. Glade Montgomery earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Purdue University in 2010. Glade also holds certifications in OKR Coach Certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
