Throughout her career, Lisa has been driven by her belief in the power of people to impact business results and a passion for creating pathways for people to make a difference. As PLTW’s Chief Talent Officer, Lisa works to build a high performance culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging which ultimately moves PLTW towards our strategic objective of changing students’ lives by empowering them with the skills they need to thrive. As a member of PLTW’s Executive Leadership Team, Lisa serves as a business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leaders across the organization. She is responsible for designing and executing a data driven workforce strategy to attract, retain, develop, and care for our talented, innovative Team Members at every level. Lisa ensures that all work is approached through a DEIB lens to foster an inclusive, customer centric mindset in the way we serve students, teachers, and each other.
Lisa joined PLTW from Indiana Farmer’s Mutual Insurance, and prior to that led operations support for State Auto Insurance Companies. She holds a BA in Psychology from Kent State University, senior HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
