Widad Luqman

Widad Luqman has an extensive work experience in the field of education. Widad has held various roles including Bilingual Paraprofessional at Dearborn Public Schools, Language Arts Teacher at Global Educational Excellence, Bilingual Teacher at Dearborn Public Schools, K-8 Assistant Principal at Choice Schools Associates, Academic Strategy and Innovative Design Specialist at Hamtramck School District, Innovative Lab Instructor at Verizon and PLTW, Project Lead The Way Launch Master Teacher at Project Lead The Way, Code.org Facilitator at Code.org, and Administrator/Director of Early Childhood at Manchester Community Schools. Widad Luqman completed their Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching at Wayne State University from 2002 to 2006. Widad then pursued a Master's degree in Bilingual, Multilingual, and Multicultural Education from 2010 to 2012 at the same institution. Finally, they obtained an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Wayne State University from 2015 to 2018.
