Melissa Plaskonos

Melissa Plaskonos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management, real estate, and project leadership in the life sciences and higher education sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Project Management Advisors, Inc. since June 2021, Melissa leads Life Science programs and acts as the primary interface with a major Life Sciences REIT. Previous roles include leadership positions at Illumina, where Melissa oversaw global strategic facilities planning, and the University of San Diego, directing facilities management for a significant real estate portfolio. Additional experience encompasses positions at the University of California San Diego, Princeton University, Skanska USA Building Inc., and the United States Navy.
