Justin Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Justin started their career as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Newtown Savings Bank in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Justin then joined Reed Exhibitions US, where they held multiple positions, including Marketing Analyst, Junior Product Manager, UX/UI Design Specialist, and Customer Experience Design Manager. In 2020, Justin joined Clarion Events Inc. - North America as a Digital Marketing Manager and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are the Customer Experience Designer and later transitioned to Customer Experience Design Lead at the Project Management Institute.

Justin Jackson completed their Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Studies in Marketing & Sociology at Arizona State University from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Western Connecticut State University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Marketing. Additionally, Justin obtained various certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in June 2020, and certifications in A/B Testing Mastery, Applied Neuromarketing, Digital Psychology & Behavioral Design, and Heuristic Analysis Frameworks for CRO from the CXL Institute in April 2020.
