Kellie Quinn

Kellie Quinn is an accomplished program manager and educator with extensive experience in enterprise growth and small business development. Currently serving as Program Manager at Project Soar and a Fellow for the East-West: The Art of Dialogue initiative at The Shafik Gabr Foundation, Kellie has previously held significant roles including Enterprise Growth Director at Onja and Small Business Development Program Supervisor at the International Rescue Committee. Kellie's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University for Peace, a Master's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University, and a certification in Organizational Leadership from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, Kellie has been a Fulbright Fellow and has taught various public administration courses at San Diego State University.
