Craig Soelberg (he/him), MBA

Craig Soelberg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and business. Craig is currently the Director of People at Project Solar since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chargebee, where they served as a Senior Manager of HRBP from February 2020 to November 2022. During their time at Chargebee, they played a vital role in supporting the growth of the company and implementing various HR initiatives such as a recognition program and a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging learning series. Before Chargebee, Craig worked as a Senior People Operations Business Partner at InsideSales from May 2018 to February 2020, where they focused on addressing people-related needs within the organization. Craig also worked as an HR Generalist at Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC from September 2017 to May 2018, where they actively contributed to HR processes such as turnover analysis, management coaching, and compensation projects. Craig's earlier experiences include working as an HR & Business Instructor at the University of North Texas, a Small Business Consultant at Weber State University, and holding various roles at Alpine Home Medical Equipment, including Branch Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. Throughout their career, Craig has demonstrated their expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Craig Soelberg (he/him) obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology, with a minor in Management, from Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2009. In 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Weber State University. Craig then engaged in Ph.D. coursework in Management (Human Resources) at the University of North Texas from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2018. Furthermore, they have acquired several additional certifications, including People Analytics, Running a Successful People Analytics Project, The HR Consultant: A Masterclass with Bill Pelster, An Introduction to People Analytics, Becoming a Data-Driven HRBP, Performance Management Reimagined, and The Strategic HR Business Partner, all obtained between September and October 2022 from various institutions such as the Josh Bersin Academy and myHRfuture.
