Emma Purcell

Emma Purcell is an experienced facilitator currently working at Project Success since August 2022. Prior to this role, Emma served as a Check & Connect Promise Fellow at Minnesota Alliance With Youth, where responsibilities included supporting 30 students with academic goals and fostering relationships with educators and families. Additional experience includes serving as a Building Assistant at St. Olaf College, managing staff logistics, and interning with the City of Des Moines on climate action planning. Emma's internship with The Nature Conservancy involved research on climate justice, while earlier roles included curriculum development at Crescent Learning Academy and leadership at Galileo Learning camps. Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Olaf College.
