Ariela Federman

Ariela Federman currently serves as the On Site Coordinator for Project Sunshine in Israel, overseeing program coordination across multiple hospitals and medical facilities while engaging volunteers and developing targeted program models. Prior to this role, Ariela was the Head of the Early Childhood Development Department at Helen Doron Ltd, where responsibilities included creating and managing bilingual preschool programs and establishing a network of 27 preschools in Turkey and Korea. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager at JDC in Israel, managing activities for early childhood service providers and overseeing numerous preschools and daycare programs. Ariela holds a B.Sc. in Industrial and Product Design from Holon Institute of Technology.
