Chad Bayer

Chad Bayer has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Chad is currently the VP of Engineering at project44 since October 2021. Prior to that, Chad was the Vice President of Engineering at Convey by project44 from February 2019 to September 2021, where they played a key role in the acquisition of Convey by project44. Before joining Convey, Chad worked at BlackLocus as a Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineer from March 2013 to February 2019. Chad began their career at Advanced Micro Devices as a Senior Product Development Engineer, where they contributed to the development of chips for various technologies. Chad also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Hewlett-Packard, where they led a team in conducting automated QA and provided hands-on support in server hardware and software testing.

Chad Bayer attended Texas A&M University from 2003 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics.
