Mallory Pierpoint has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Mallory started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Grupo VerdeAzul in 2008. Mallory later worked as a Research Assistant at Rice University, where they contributed to a project on chondrogenic differentiation. Mallory then joined Design Works Corporation as a Retail Manager and later as a Business Development Manager, where they implemented strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Mallory co-founded Comfort Works Corporation and successfully partnered with La-Z-Boy for exclusive distribution in Panama. Mallory's next career move was at Uber, where they held roles as an Operations and Logistics Manager for both Uber Eats and the overall company, before transitioning to Product Operations Manager and later Senior Product Operations Manager, focused on money-related products. Mallory then moved to Uber Freight as a Lead Product Operations Manager, responsible for international expansion. In 2020, Mallory joined project44 as the Head of Product Operations, then progressed to Director and Senior Director of Product Operations and Customer Success. Mallory built teams, expanded scope, and implemented various initiatives to improve efficiency and collaboration. Additionally, Mallory served as a Board Member at Yappy in 2021.
