Jared Center is an experienced professional in customer success and strategic onboarding, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Customer Success & Onboarding at Snappy since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jared held various positions at 1HUDDLE, including Director of Customer Success, focusing on innovative training solutions to enhance employee performance. As Co-Founder of Georgetown Tech Alliance NYC, Jared contributed to building a supportive tech community for Georgetown students and professionals. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at the Washington Capitals, where Jared surpassed revenue targets and achieved high client retention, and at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where Jared excelled in sales and account management.
