Director Customer Success at Project44

Nadine van de Wiel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nadine began their career in 1999 as a Sales Assistant at Decathlon Belgium. Nadine then joined Maersk Line in 2006 and held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, eCommerce Coordinator, and Process Improvement Developer. At Maersk Line, they contributed to improving efficiency and introducing paperless ways of working. Nadine later became the Campaign and Communications Manager, where they developed and executed strategic campaign plans to achieve sales targets. Nadine also served as an eBusiness Project Manager, focusing on increasing overall eBusiness targets for specific regions.

In 2013, Nadine joined the Port of Antwerp, where they were responsible for the online experience and developed a mobile phone application to promote tourism through the port. Nadine then moved to INTTRA in 2016, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Strategic Account Service Manager. In these roles, they focused on customer satisfaction, growth, and innovation, collaborating with stakeholders and leading QBR sessions with key clients.

From 2020 to 2021, Nadine worked at E2open as a Director of Customer Success, where they managed a portfolio of logistics service providers and collaborated with internal teams to drive growth. Then, from 2021 to 2023, they worked at Shypple as the Head of Customer Success, where they developed and executed a customer success strategy for scalability and exponential growth. Nadine is currently the Director of Customer Success at project44, starting in 2023.

Nadine van de Wiel pursued their education in a chronological order. Nadine began their studies at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen from 2003 to 2007, focusing on a degree in Commercial Communication with a specialization in Direct Marketing and Ecommerce. In 2006, Nadine took part in an Erasmus program at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, where they studied Relaciones Publicas y Publicidad for a year. Later in 2013, they attended Syntra AB to further their skills in Photography, completing their studies in 2014.
