Joemon Mathews

Joemon Mathews has extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving as the Manager of User Experience Design at Projectplace by Planview since May 2012, where Joemon established the company's first UX team, defined UX strategies, and optimized workflows, resulting in a 25% increase in project completion speed. Joemon has also trained and managed a team of UX designers, achieving a 100% success rate in meeting PI goals. Prior to this role, Joemon worked as a User Experience Designer at Projectplace, collaborating with various stakeholders to define user requirements and ensuring clarity in UI specifications for agile development teams. Joemon's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Visualizer at Infogain, where user-centered design solutions were developed for BSIL customers. Joemon holds a degree in Product Innovation and Design Thinking for Business Growth from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Suresh Gyan Vihar University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Madurai Kamaraj University.
